Kahana vs Reddit
Keep Reddit. Kahana is a free place to host work you already have and list it in the Library. The extra cost is the time to upload.
Use both
Public forums organized by topic.
Reddit is the town square. When a thread needs a real pack of files or a guided path, point people to a Kahana hub instead of a pile of comments and Drive links.
People who already use Reddit can link a Kahana hub from there. Listing does not require leaving Reddit.
Library
Listed
Same pack. People can open it from Reddit, and anyone searching the Library can find it too.
