Meeting people on Kahana is around the material: a club wish list, a focus book, events, comments. Direct messages exist with privacy controls. This is not a dating app or a global chat room.
How it works
- Join listed clubs or request to join
- Vote on what to read or watch next
- Follow authors whose hubs you want to see again
- Use message privacy settings if you do not want open DMs
Clubs start private. Listed clubs are still groups around a list, not a public square for everyone on Kahana.
