A hub is a curated place for digital artifacts and collaborators. It starts private. You choose who can see it. Monetization is optional and separate from sharing.

Primary action: Open the app → create a hub

What’s inside a hub

Hubs hold digital artifacts such as:

  • Images, video (MP4, MOV, WebM), audio, PDFs, Office docs, and ZIP files
  • Folders and notes
  • YouTube and webpage embeds
  • Internet Archive ebooks (PDF import)

Short upload line: JPG · PNG · PDF · Word · Excel · MP4 · MP3 · ZIP. How-to: Adding files and embeds · Import from Internet Archive.

Visibility (sharing vs paid access)

Hub settings use these rows. Paid access is orthogonal. You can monetize at any sharing level once Stripe and pricing are ready.

RowWhat it means
PrivateDefault. Only you. No public link or collaborators.
Invite-only sharedPrivate hub with collaborators you invite.
UnlistedAnyone with the link. Not in Library search results.
Visible on LibraryAppears in Library search results.
MonetizedPaid access. Stripe and pricing. Not tied to Library listing.

Listing checklist: List a hub on Library. Creators path: Get started (creators).

Collaborators and roles

RoleWhat it means
OWNERFull control of the hub, including ownership decisions.
ADMINManage settings and collaborators without transferring ownership.
WRITEAdd and edit artifacts alongside the team.
COMMENTLeave feedback without changing the contents.
READView access for people who only need to look.

Collaborators are not the same as paywall buyers. How-to: Collaborators & roles.

SEO and listing

  • Library-listed public non-adult hubs get bot HTML and sitemap inclusion.
  • Public-but-unlisted hubs stay shareable by link, but stay noindex.
